What is our average response time?

We understand the importance of communication and being transparent with your order. Once your order is placed, you should receive an email confirming your order. Please allow 2-3 business days for orders to be shipped. You will receive a confirmation shipping email once the order is completed with the tracking number.

REfund or return policy?

No. All sales are final. Please make sure when entering your address, to double check that your address is entered correctly for smoother delivery. Incorrect mailing addresses will affect shipping and delivery status.
